Sophie Green

Sophie has 25 years of experience working in Film and TV and is known by many as 'The Queen of Independent Film'. At the age of 16 she started working as a runner in her holidays and free time. After graduating, she worked at a literary agency and quickly progressed, joining Studiocanal in 2009. Since then she has worked as Head of Acquisitions and Development for Westend Films and Bankside Films using her expertise to bring many first-time directors and filmakers to the international stage. Recently she joined ORCA as Head of Film.
