What is Feldenkrais?
Feldenkrais can be a valuable tool in sport science, helping athletes to improve their movement patterns, enhance their proprioception, reduce the risk of injury, and optimize their physical performance.
There is an admirable appetite within the Television & Film Industry for projects which place ‘representation’ and ‘diversity’ at their heart. Whilst we applaud this, and whilst at ORCA we believe in re-imagining the status quo when it comes to race, gender, disability, wealth inequality & climate change: we are not interested in optics.
